The stone heralds have blown their horns to awaken the world back to its former glory
All over the world the sound of their trumpets can be heard vibrating through the air
They all know the occasion as they rush back to the valley to leave their mark in the story
Mythical creatures, mortals and celestial beings are all hurrying forth from their cozy lair
Legend tells of the eighteenth reincarnation as one that marks both the beginning and end
It is the official end of her childhood and beginning of life as a full fledged queen of birds

Fairytale Friendship
Feels like just yesterday that you were walking besides me but now youre so far away
Its like our fairy tale finally came to a blank page and now we must write the rest
Distance is quite devastating and I cant help wonder if its something I said or didnt say
There is no script for us to follow after this point, what we think of now is our real test
It started with a once upon a time but I dont want it to just end at happily ever after
If it ended right there then thats it, we would never know what lies beyond those words
There is still so much of the story left to be told, so much joy, happine
I already reincarnated out of here; but someone pulled me back to this side of the sea
I didnt know what they wanted, but I knew that until I find out what, I cannot be free
I used to know my way around this land so well but now I am hopelessly lost like the rest
I should have anticipated this; I had built this land to repel outsiders with trials and tests
Although I created this land from scratch I never realized how expansive it had become
Somewhere in this world is a new evil presence that is causing everything to be undone
But its strange that none of the defenses were activated while I was gone, none at all

Are the skies finally clearing up? I seem to have stopped my rapid plunge into anarchy
The inner voices have silenced briefly, my serenity is restored and so has the monarchy
The descent into despair was something I did not foresee, even with all my clairvoyance
This game is dangerous; I didnt even notice my wings being put into a state of abeyance
There is a fine line between bravery and stupidity; one slip can mean the absolute end
My ignorance told me that this game was easy to play and it turned out to be my rend
Its like a gamble when you flirt with the innermost beasts, there can only be one victor

There is a time when even the sheath of a smile cannot conceal the blade of discontent
The blade has become sharper than ever and even the adamant sheathe is becoming bent
If I unsheathed the blade all at once, everything near me would be reduced to little shreds
Therefore I must be release it slowly and I shall do just that as these words are being said
It is time for yet another story to be told and this is only the beginning of the lost chapters
Each one of these chapters is a curse that I locked away with the sound of false laughter
If I keep all these thoughts inside any longer, my sheathe will crack and I can never smile

Childhood's Requiem
There exist a legend about a mirror on the edge of an abyss leading to uncharted places
It is thought to have the magical ability to show the viewers their many concealed faces
They often say that the mirror can reveal and reflect every single thing hidden in the past
But can it reveal a past that is not there, a past that even I would not acknowledge I had?
The cliff on which this mirror stands is reachable only by a wind swept narrow staircase
The granite steps are worn and gray from the ages, to reach the top one must make haste
The summit of the cliff is obscured by thick dreary clouds that block out the beaming sun

On an island isolated, not so far away from mainland, in an eerie lonely town
A forlorn mayor runs the forgotten barren place, but never uttering a sound
He grits his teeth on his island, trapped in a silent land with a story to convey
He has sent many messages to them, but none are ever successfully relayed
The sky over the island is cloudy and dark by day and even darker by night
But they do not notice at all, they are totally oblivious to the mayor's blight
The mainland is inhabited by two beings, although they might as well be one
The land they live on is constantly basking in the radiance of the immortal sun
A paradise with a dar

Listen close to the story about to be told
The melodies of the past are about to unfold
This valentine I shall finally be free and break off my accursed manacles
Cupid pinned my heart with a cruel arrow, turning my life into shambles
The arrow has been plucked from my heart, nevermore shall I be restrained
The bottled up words flow from their prison, each with a soul contained
The unwavering gate separating you and me shall be broken without damage
Softly opened, not by a ram of steel but by a ram made of the finest language
What the conscious tries to fiercely reject, the heart can in no way deny
What normality adamantly embraces,
It's been a good long five hundred years since we last spoke
Or has time never passed, and it only feels like that was the past?
I fell asleep waiting for you, but at the sound of the horn I awoke
How long has it been since I seen you by this silent river last?
It feels like six thousand long months but it has only been but a year
Now, I remember why I slumbered by the river that still flows today
The serene landscape has not changed much since you last were here
Broken mirror shards are still scattered around me in a dazzling array
Last year, I fell asleep an amateur word mason that could barely craft
This year, I woke up with visi

The Lock and the Birdhouse
In the meadow hidden in weed, is a birdhouse with a gleaming lock
An often-used sanctuary for all the birds that come here and flock
The door is always open to shelter them from the rain, snow or hail
There are always accommodations and warmth inside without fail
Many birds fly in and out all day long, luckily none can contrive
Many still don't understand that the lock is very much still alive
Many pass through only once, as a stepping-stone to the sky
The wingless and young birds come here often to learn how to fly
However three pigeons constantly come back to occupy the home
At least that's what used to happen; often flying never
The stone heralds have blown their horns to awaken the world back to its former glory
All over the world the sound of their trumpets can be heard vibrating through the air
